The top Instagrammable places in Europe

If you go on vacation and don’t Instagram every single thing you see, did you even really go?

Apparently, most millennials between the ages of 18-33 now consider ‘Instagrammability’ as one of the most important factors in choosing a holiday destination. If you’re one of those people that chooses their next trip based on grids you follow or hashtags you see, here are some serious gram-worthy places to get your followers feeling all sorts of wanderlust and may just up your like record.

  1. Amsterdam, Netherlands

You’re not going to get bored of Amsterdam, it’s one of the most popular destinations in Europe and is arguably one of the most Insta-worthy places in the world. With 3 main canals running along miles of quaint cafes, shops and hotels, a number of gardens and parks and the ‘I amsterdam’ sign, your Instagram grid upgrade is inevitable. Amsterdam has something for everyone; couples can take a picture on the Love Lock Bridge, those fancying next level interior can visit the Sticky Fingers bakery (seriously, check in there for a coffee sometime) and those who just want to relax can swig a pint with full view of windmills.

The gothic style on both featuring walkways, towers and arches will leave you in awe and you’ll want to share every angle to your feed.

If something more colorful is more up your street, make your way down to the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. These outdoor baths, located conveniently next to yellow brick walls makes for the perfect backdrop to add a splash of color to your grid… pun intended.

The first place on your list is probably the Trevi Fountain, and rightly so. The white marble statues complements the water flowing, demonstrating why this fountain is one of the most famous in the world. Including pictures around this landmark will leave your followers in awe… alike to how you will feel seeing it first-hand. Next, include the Colosseum to your gram, from every angle, it looks positively breathtaking both in the day and at night. If you want to include portrait of yourself to your grid, get it with the Spanish Steps and Trinità dei Monti because this combination makes for one amazing backdrop.
